Our coach will provide the behind-the-scenes advice, information, strategies, and tools individuals need to engage in, manage, and favorably resolve their family law matter – all the while saving thousands of dollars that they would otherwise pay a traditional lawyer to represent them.
Some examples of what our Coaches do:
- Meet in-person or telephonically to answer questions, develop negotiation strategies, and devise options.
- Devise alternative ways to advantageously move forward with settlement discussions, mediation, or court proceedings
- Instruct clients how to clearly communicate their intentions, objectives, and settlement terms
- Give clients information and tools to balance any unequal power relationships
- Provide legal and financial advice concerning the division of property and debts, amounts child and/or spousal support, custody, co-parenting, and all parenting arrangements for minor children
- Review, prepare, and/or offer a second opinion about any advice or document offered by a third party
Conflict coaching can be used before, during, or after the commencement of any court or mediation proceedings – regardless of whether or not an individual and/or his or her spouse is represented by an attorney.
